# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like a proper deli experience without leaving your kitchen or paying deli prices.
  • The triple layers mean every bite hits differently—you never get tired of it.
  • Prep is genuinely fast, but serving it feels special and intentional.
02 -
  • Toast your bread before assembling—cold bread absorbs mayo and wilts instead of supporting the weight above it.
  • The cocktail sticks aren't decoration, they're engineering; without them, the top layer will slide sideways when you bite down.
03 -
  • Pat your tomato slices dry with a paper towel before layering—this one move prevents the sandwich from becoming soggy.
  • If you're making two sandwiches, make them one at a time rather than assembly-line style, so each one stays fresh from toast to plate.
